What you’re buying
Our products are digital downloads, such as AI prompts and Word templates. There’s nothing physical to ship. You’ll receive a download link straight after checkout and by email. Links expire after 24 hours, and a new one is sent automatically if you click an expired link. If you have any trouble, email info@samanthabowen.com.au.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars. Hyphae Network Group Pty Ltd is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Launch or sale prices apply only until the end date shown on the page.
Copyright and how you can use our products
Copyright, intellectual property and trademark theft affects people in their personal and professional lives, so please respect the work in these products. All products, including prompts, templates, guides and their wording and design, are protected by copyright and owned by Hyphae Network Group Pty Ltd.
When you buy a product, you get a personal licence to use it for yourself. You can:
use the prompts and templates for your own job applications, projects and personal use
save copies for your own use on your devices
You can’t, without our written permission:
share, resell, give away or publish the products or any part of them, including posting them online or in groups
use them to provide paid services to other people, such as writing CVs for clients
copy them into another product, course or template that you sell or share
The documents you create using our products, such as your own CV or cover letter, belong to you.
Using AI tools
Our prompts are designed to be used with third-party AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Those tools have their own terms and privacy policies, and we don’t control how they work or what they produce. AI tools can make mistakes, so always check that everything in your final documents is accurate and true before you send them. Our products are designed to help you present yourself well, but we can’t guarantee any particular outcome, such as an interview or job offer.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help research, draft and test our products. Every product is designed, reviewed and edited by Samantha Bowen, drawing on her experience in leadership, hiring and program design.
Refunds and your rights
Our products come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, doesn’t match its description, or doesn’t do what we said it would, email info@samanthabowen.com.au and we’ll fix it, replace it or refund you.
Because digital downloads can’t be returned once accessed, we don’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
